Aparat berhasil mengamankan salah satu anggota DPRD Kutai Kartanegara yang diduga memiliki narkoba jenis sabu, serta dugaan pemakaian sabu tersebut di salah satu tempat karaoke di jalan Nakhoda, sekitar pukul 18.00 wita.
Anggota DPRD Kukar dari komisi IV dari fraksi Gerindra itu berinisial RS (49).
Tak hanya diamankan seorang diri saja, RS juga diamankan bersama rekannya dengan inisial AK (46).
Selain mengamankan pelaku, aparat juga berhasil mengamankan barang bukti berupa 1 poket sabu seberat 1,90 gram, alat hisap sabu, serta beberapa unit handphone.
Saat diamankan diketahui oknum anggota DPRD itu tengah mengisap sabu bersama rekannya dan dua orang ladies.
Dari pengakuan RS, dirinya menggunakan barang haram itu karena beban pikiran yang melandanya, akibat kasus perceraian dengan istrinya dan kasus sengketa lahan yang menimpa dirinya.
“Baru-baru saja pakai, stres saya karena kasus perceraian istri dan kasus lahan,” ucap RS saat ditemui di Mapolresta Samarinda, Senin (19/9/2016). Seperti dikutip dari laman tribunnews.com
Diketahui, RS baru sampai di Samarinda sekitar pukul 16.30 wita, setelah pulang dari gedung DPRD Kukar sekitar pukul 15.00 wita.
Hingga berita ini diterbitkan aparat masih melakukan pemeriksaan secara intensif kepada dua pelaku.
