MUNANDAR; JPU Menuntut Berdasarkan Maunya

Fokus7.com, Mamuju- Bukan hanya Andi Mappanggara yang angkat bicara terkait dengan tuntutan Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) kepada Empat terdakwa dalam dugaan tindak pidana korupsi Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) provinsi Sulawesi Barat (Sulbar) tahun anggaran 2016.

Munandar Wijaya, Saat dikonfirmasi mengatakan bahwa, Semua sudah jelas fakta-fakta persidangan dengan melihat keterangan-keterangan saksi yang dihadirkan oleh JPU, utamanya saksi ahli, Kamis (16/07/2018).

“Inikan sudah jelas, bahkan nyata dan pasti kami ini di kriminalisasi. Coba liat… selama persidangan pembuktian dari sejak awal sampai terakhir kan jelas tidak ada pasal yang didakwakan kepada kami ini bisa di buktikan oleh JPU, cerita yang dibuat-buat saja,” Kata Munandar Kepada Awak media.

Lanjut Munandar, Dirinya mengaku tidak kaget dan heran mendengar tuntutan JPU, karna memang dari awal kasus ini kami sudah cium, bahkan orang diluar sana sudah mulai mencium oroma tidak sedap dalam proses ini.

“Jujur saya tidak kaget lah dengan tuntutan jaksa tadi, karena memang sejak awal kami di tersangkakan sudah tercium bau tidak sedap, sepertinya kami ini memang di target,” Tegas Munandar Wijaya.

Ditambahkan Munandar Wijaya, Coba liat Tuntutan jaksa, tadi kan jaksa sendiri sudah menegaskan bahwa tidak ada kerugian Negara seperti yang di sebut-sebutkan selama ini 360 M oleh mereka. Bahkan faktanya 100 Rupiah pun APBD Sulbar tidak ada Kerugian Negara Nya.

“Jelasnya begini, JPU sudah menuntut kami sesuai pendapat mereka bukan berdasarkan bukti dan fakta yang seharusnya menjadi rujukan sesuai aturan yang berlaku. Anehnya karena sesuai tuntutan JPU, fakta persidangan selama ini tidak ada nilainya.Tapi saya berserah kepada ALLAH (Tuhan yang maha kuasa), melalui Majelis Hakim, kami ini tidak salah, ini jelas kebohongan besar. Kalau kami harus disalahkan hanya karena cerita-cerita kosong dari jaksa, maka saya ingin sampaikan kepada 41 anggota DPRD Sulbar dan mantan Gubernur serta jajaran Eksekutif Pemprov Sulbar untuk siap-siap menjadi tersangka lagi, karena hanya dengan cukup asumsi saja kemudian orang bisa tersangka dan ditahan,” Tutup Munandar Wijaya dengan tegas.

“Kan ini sangat nyata keanehannya dan lucu betul.., masa kami Pimpinan DPRD di anggap harus bertanggungjawab dalam pengelolaan dan pelaksanaan proyek APBD Sulbar pada tahun 2016, Padahal ada Eksekutif mulai dari Gubernur sampai ke SKPD sebagai pelaksana teknis APBD, ada kontraktornya dan lain-lainnya. Nah apa ini tidak menimbulkan pertanyaan bagi kalian??…, Padahal nyata sesuai fakta sidang dan bukti yang ada, kami tidak ada kaitan dengan semua tuduhan-tuduhan dari JPU, Justru semua mengarah ke Eksekutif,” Sambung Munandar Wijaya.
