Fokus7.com – Sekian lama bergelut di dunia hiburan Tanah Air,
tak sedikit orang bertanya-tanya berapa penghasilan
Raffi Ahmad. Tapi pertanyaan lain muncul, jumlah
fantastis dari kekayaan Raffi dipergunakan untuk
apa saja.
Dikutip dari Kapanlagi , Selasa 12 April 2016, dalam
talkshow ‘Ada Ada Aja’ Raffi mengaku, saat ini dia
membawakan acara di empat stasiun televisi berbeda.
Jika diakumulasi, penghasilannya mencapai Rp6 miliar
per bulan.
Lalu uang sebanyak itu, digunakan suami Nagita
Slavina untuk apa saja ya? Ada sejumlah investasi
dibidang properti, otomotif, dan kuliner, dan
fashion. Pria kelahiran 17 Februari 1987 itu memiliki
rumah dan apartemen di sejumlah lokasi berbeda.
Rumah
Rumah utama terletak di Green Andara Recidence,
Pondok Labu, Jakarta Selatan. Diketahui Raffi
langsung membeli tiga kaveling di Blok A1/04-06,
dengan luas 1000 meter persegi, dan dibangun tiga
lantai. Selain itu ada rumah dua lantai lainya di
kawasan Lebak Bulus, Jakarta Selatan.
Rumah yang ukurannya lebih kecil itu memiliki empat
kamar tidur. Sebelum menikah Raffi tinggal di rumah
itu, namun kini kabarnya kediaman itu menjadi milik
ibunya, Amy Qanita.
Apartemen
Bukan hanya itu saja, ada pula apartemen mewah di
kawasan SCBD Sudirman, Jakarta Selatan. Pemain
film ‘Vitgin 3’ itu juga memilih terjun ke bisnis
properti dan memiliki puluhan apartemen.
Selain di SCBD S, apartemen lainnya terletak di One
Casablanca, 10 apartemen di One Azzure di Serpong,
ada juga apartemen di Bali, di Pulau Seribu, dan di
Permata Hijau.
Setahun kemudian atau pada 2014, Raffi memiliki 13
apartemen, dan hingga saat ini dia tak meninggalkan
investasi properti itu.
